A young poet drives his girlfriend to her parents’ imposing home and is unexpectedly drawn into their world. After meeting her father, mother, and sister, a casual visit stretches into a full day of shared meals, drinks, and wandering conversations. As time drifts on, small gestures and offhand remarks reveal unspoken tensions, desires, and misunderstandings, turning an ordinary encounter into a quietly revealing study of relationships, intimacy, and chance.
