THE TALE OF A STORY TELLER
The story follows Rangajji, an elderly widow in a small village who finds joy in telling fantastical stories to local children. Her life is upended when her only son dies under mysterious circumstances, leaving her vulnerable and dependent. She moves in with distant relatives, but her presence is met with coldness and indifference rather than compassion.
ಈ ಸಿನೆಮಾದ ಕತೆಯು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅದ್ಭುತ ರಮ್ಯ ಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯೊಂದರ ವೃದ್ಧ ವಿಧವೆ ರಂಗಜ್ಜಿಯ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇದೆ. ಆಕೆಯ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಮಗ ನಿಗೂಢ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ಆಕೆಯ ಜೀವನ ಅಲ್ಲೋಲಕಲ್ಲೋಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಕೆ ಅಸಹಾಯಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಾವಲಂಬಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ದೂರದ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯದ ಬದಲು ತಣ್ಣಗಿನ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
