Ukraine, in the near future, after the war has ended. A film director remains behind in a country struggling to redefine itself. Unemployed and emotionally adrift, he is cut off from both his profession and his family, who have rebuilt their lives in Vienna. Caught between denial and inertia, he drifts through a fragile peace, clinging to the belief that stability will return on its own. As time stretches on, hope becomes increasingly abstract, exposing a quiet portrait of displacement, masculinity, and the cost of waiting in a world that has already moved on.
