"Woman: Shared Sensibilities, A Collective Voice for Equality"
JEEV is a contemporary story based on the traditions of the tribal Konkani community. When the head of the Chaure family dies on the day of Holi, an old belief is followed. Until the departed soul returns as a new Jeev on the next Holi, the family and clan stop celebrating all festivals. This new life can return as a human, animal, or bird within the clan. The story follows Miru Chaure, who with his mother, wife, and son tries to bring this new life back to his home. Will the departed soul return and bring happiness back to the Chaure family
