On a night out, a young soldier tries to improve his chances with an attractive older woman by courting her grumpy sister. But when Isaac (23) playfully pulls Edith (22) off a bench, she slumps limply to the floor. Only now does he discover her wheelchair parked on the side. Isaac tries to clear up the misunderstanding, but a scuffle ensues with some of the regulars and his comrades. Burdened with shame, Isaac is urged to correct the sisters’ image of him. He makes an effort to connect with Edith, and an unexpected friendship develops between the two.

ಒಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಒಬ್ಬ ಯುವ ಸೈನಿಕನು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮಹಿಳೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಆಕೆಯ ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿ ಸ್ವಭಾವದ ಸಹೋದರಿಯನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಐಸಾಕ್ (23) ಆಟವಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಎಡಿತ್ (22) ಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಚ್‌ನಿಂದ ಎಳೆದಾಗ, ಆಕೆ ಶಕ್ತಿಹೀನವಾಗಿ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಸಿದು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಆಗಲೇ ಅವನು ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆಕೆಯ ವೀಲ್‌ಚೇರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಉಂಟಾದ ಗೊಂದಲವನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಐಸಾಕ್ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಸಹಚರರ ನಡುವೆ ಗಲಾಟೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.ಅವಮಾನದ ಭಾರದಿಂದ ಕುಗ್ಗಿದ ಐಸಾಕ್, ಆ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಬಗೆಗಿರುವ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನು ಎಡಿತ್ ಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಪ್ತವಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರ ನಡುವೆ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಚಿಗುರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವನ ಆವೇಶಭರಿತ ಸ್ವಭಾವವು ಆ ಚಂಚಲ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಯುವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಧೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮರುಕಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
