A pair of enemy soldiers stationed on a remote border in a vast featureless desert descend into a state of profound disorientation after forgetting which side of the border is which. As they grapple with their identities, loyalties, and the absurdity of their situation, their isolation slowly gives way to an unfathomable nightmare that will blur the line between friend and foe.

Oscar Hudson (b. 1990, UK) is a British director and screenwriter who first trained as a social anthropologist before moving into filmmaking in London, where he developed a distinctive visual style through music videos and short films. His work is known for innovative storytelling and dark humour, winning over 100 major awards including a Primetime Emmy, Cannes Lions Grand Prix, UKMVA Best Director, and the Short Film Audience Award at Rotterdam. STRAIGHT CIRCLE is his feature debut.
