Orsolya is a bailiff in Cluj, the main city in Transylvania. One day she must evict a homeless man who lives in the basement of a building. An unexpected event creates a moral crisis she tries to solve as best she can.
ಒರ್ಸೋಲ್ಯ ಎಂಬಾಕೆ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸಿಲ್ವೇನಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಗರವಾದ ಕ್ಲೂಜ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಒಂದು ದಿನ, ಕಟ್ಟಡವೊಂದರ ನೆಲಮಾಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಹಾಕುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಅವಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಒಂದು ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಘಟನೆಯು ಅವಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕ ಸಂಘರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿ, ತನ್ನ ಕೈಲಾದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ.

Radu Jude (b. 1977, Bucharest) is a Media University graduate. His films, including THE HAPPIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD, AFERIM! (2009), I DO NOT CARE IF WE GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS BARBARIANS (2018), and UPPERCASE PRINT (2020), won multiple awards worldwide. In 2021, BAD LUCK BANGING OR LOONY PORN received the top prize at the Berlinale IFF. His feature film DO NOT EXPECT TOO MUCH FROM THE END OF THE WORLD (2023) was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the Locarno FF and was Romania's Oscars submission. KONTINENTAL '25 is his 2nd feature film.
